A: Naicash is a payment on delivery service that allows customers /clients to complete a transaction with a vendor only when the vendor delivers.
A: To create a vendor or business profile, you need to provide your business registration certificate and a govt issued ID card. Once your business profile is approved, you can start receiving payment from customers.
A: Yes. You can receive payment as an individual, sole proprietor or freelancer if you don’t have a registered business.
A: You can create a transaction via Pay Vendor on the app then search for the vendor (business or person) you want to pay. Enter details of the transaction and make payment from your app wallet.
A: You can pay a vendor by clicking on Pay Vendor on the app then search for the vendor (business or person) you want to pay. Enter details of the transaction and make payment from your app wallet.
A: To complete a transaction, go to your transaction list, click on the complete transaction button, enter your transaction pin and complete a transaction to release funds to the vendor.
A: To complete a transaction, go to your transaction list, click on the dispute transaction button, enter the reason why you want to dispute the transaction and upload supporting documents to your claim or complaint.
A: If a vendor does not deliver, you can get your money back by disputing the transaction with supporting evidence. We will proceed to investigate the transaction and if truly the vendor didn’t deliver, we will refund your money minus service charges.
A: To fund your wallet, click on deposit and send money to the VFD Bank account number generated for you.
A: To resolve a disputed transaction, Go to disputes and click on the resolve button to resolve the disputed transaction. State your reason and supporting documents for us to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
A: If a buyer does not complete or dispute a transaction before the delivery time expires, the transaction is automatically completed and the seller is credited.
A: If you don’t complete or dispute a transaction before the expected time of delivery, the transaction will automatically be completed and the vendor will be credited.
A: You have until the estimated time of delivery you entered when starting a transaction to either complete or dispute a transaction. After which the transaction will be automatically completed.
